Some friends and I decided it would be a laugh and a half to combine our film school skills with our passion for smart, healthy eating.
During a day of brainstorming, we came up with this… Episode 1 of Know Your Food. The aim is to educate and entertain, hopefully making people think about what they’re putting into their bodies, instead of mindlessly ingesting dangerous chemicals on a daily basis.
Plus, it makes you giggle 🙂
We’ve got a couple more in the pipeline, with the aim of expanding to include short videos about body products for both men and women, cosmetics and of course.. more food 🙂 Enjoy!
